Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our exquisite collection of Heeled Sandals, Heels & Pumps, High Heels & Stilettos, Pumps, and Sandals & Thongs. If you need to exchange for the perfect fit or style, our process is designed to be seamless and stress-free.
Eligibility
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original, unworn condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be intact
Important Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Any sale items
- Products where the hygiene seal has been broken
This ensures the highest standards of quality and care for our discerning clientele.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this number.
- Ship Your Item: Carefully package the unworn item(s) in their original box and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Completion: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming completion.
